Questions about the price

Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once, and mkv is yours with every update to version 1.
What happens when the trial ends?
mkv asks you to keep it with the purchase. Your files are never touched either way: mkv only ever reads them.
Can I use mkv on more than one Mac?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple Account and choose Restore Purchases in mkv's settings.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too: go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose mkv.
Do you have prices for teams or education?
Write to support@conkerlab.com and tell us what you need.

Mock-up: the price and the length of the trial are placeholders until they are set in App Store Connect.
